How many people can a team session handle?
From an 8-person startup team to 100+ across parallel tables, each with its own facilitator. Tell us your headcount and we'll design the format around it.
Can you run the workshop at our office?
Yes — most corporate sessions happen at the client's office. We bring every material, set up, facilitate and clean up. We regularly work across Baner, Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Viman Nagar and the rest of Pune. Partner venues are available if you'd rather go out.
Our team has zero artistic people. Will this work?
That's exactly who we design for. Every format has a zero-skill floor — the point is flow and conversation, not talent. The quietest, least 'artsy' people are usually the ones still talking about it a week later.
How long is a corporate session?
Two to three hours is the sweet spot — long enough to reach real focus, short enough to fit inside a workday. We also run compact 90-minute formats for offsites with packed agendas.
How far in advance should we book?
Two weeks is comfortable for most group sizes; large events (50+) are best planned three to four weeks out. Short-notice requests are often possible — just ask.
