What's the minimum group size for a private event?
Private sessions start at around 6 guests — and go up to 100+ for large celebrations. For two people, ask about our private date sessions; for bigger groups we scale tables and facilitators.
Where do private events happen?
Either at one of our partner venues across Pune — Koregaon Park, Baner, Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar — or at your own home, terrace or party venue. We bring the entire setup to you.
Which experiences can be booked privately?
Every experience in our directory — resin art, clay, tote bag painting, fluid art and more. We'll recommend the right one for your group's age mix, size and occasion.
How much does a private workshop cost?
Pricing depends on the experience, group size and venue — as a guide, per-person pricing is similar to our public sessions (₹999–₹1,899), with customisation options on top. Tell us your plan and you'll have a quote within a day.
Can you theme the session for the occasion?
Yes — palettes, materials and take-home pieces can be themed to birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers and festivals. This is the 'designed around you' part of what we do.
How far in advance should I book?
A week's notice is comfortable for most groups; popular weekend dates and large events deserve two to three. Last-minute plans are worth asking about — we'll always try.
