The house rules for booking and attending Pink Pune experiences — written to be read.
Bookings
A seat is confirmed once we’ve replied to your reservation email with a confirmation. Listed prices are per person and include all materials for the session.
Reschedules & cancellations
Plans change — tell us as early as you can and we’ll do our best to move you to another session. Specific reschedule and refund windows are shared with your booking confirmation, as they can vary by venue and event type.
At the session
Arrive on time — materials are prepped per seat. Age guidance for each experience is listed on its page; children below the listed age need an accompanying adult. We work with art materials, so dress accordingly (aprons provided).
Your artwork
Everything you make is yours to keep. Some pieces need curing time at home — care instructions come with the session, and we’re a message away if anything about the finish goes wrong within the first week.
